HomeSkilletFest 2007

By George Huff

It’s that time of year again when I get to break out of my box and design something whichever way I like. Ahh freedom. Right after HomeSkilletFest 06, I decided the next year’s theme would have a revolution look and feel. I’m using the communist star and a viva la revolution fist, which both conjur up images of toppling and overthrow. How does this relate to HomeSkillet Records? Because we don’t like the RIAA.

As with most HomeSkillet Records (the label I co-founded) projects, there are a ton of subtle things I like to hide within the design. May as well keep it interesting right?

The festival happens in July and if you have been looking for a reason to come to Sitka, Alaska, this is it. We hope to have three packed nights of people, music, and brew. Check out the site for more details.
